The S25HS512TFABHI013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash with Quad SPI interface, operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V and supporting up to 102 MBps data rates. It features 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, flexible sector architecture, and ISO 26262 ASIL B functional safety. Integrated ECC corrects single-bit and detects double-bit errors. Endurance Flex enables high endurance and long retention. The device supports up to 1,280,000 program-erase cycles and is AEC-Q100 qualified.
