The S25HS512TFABHB010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports Quad SPI, Dual SPI, and SPI interfaces with data rates up to 102 MBps. The device features flexible sector architectures, ISO 26262 ASIL-B functional safety, and Endurance Flex for up to 1,280,000 program-erase cycles and 25 years retention. Integrated ECC, CRC, and SafeBoot functions enhance reliability for automotive and industrial use.
