The S25HS512TDSBHV010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports Quad SPI with SDR up to 83 MBps and DDR up to 102 MBps, operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, and features flexible sector architectures. ISO 26262 ASIL B compliance, built-in ECC, and Endurance Flex enable configurable endurance and retention. AEC-Q100 qualified for -40°C to 105°C, it offers 1,280,000 minimum program-erase cycles and 25-year data retention.
