The S25HS512TDPNHM013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology for high endurance and retention. It supports uniform and hybrid 4 KB/256 KB sectors, operates at 1.7–2.0 V, and offers Quad SPI, Dual SPI, and SPI interfaces up to 102 MBps DDR.
