It features flexible sector architectures, configurable page buffers, and ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance. Endurance Flex enables up to 1,280,000 program-erase cycles and 25 years retention. Integrated ECC, CRC, and SafeBoot ensure high reliability for automotive and industrial use.
