The S25HS512TDPMHV010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology for high density and reliability. It offers uniform and hybrid sector architectures, operates at 1.7 V to 2.0 V, and supports Quad SPI for up to 102 MBps DDR read speeds. Integrated ECC enables single-bit error correction and two-bit error detection.
