The S25HS512TDPMHM013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory based on Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, supporting Quad SPI with SDR up to 83 MBps and DDR up to 102 MBps. It features flexible sector architecture (uniform or hybrid 4 KB/256 KB), a configurable 256/512-byte page buffer, ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, and Endurance Flex for up to 1,280,000 cycles and 25 years retention.
