The S25HS02GTDZBHB050 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ Flash NOR memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology in a dual-die, 24-ball BGA package. It supports Quad SPI with SDR up to 83 MBps and DDR up to 102 MBps, operating at 1.7–2.0 V. Integrated ECC corrects single-bit and detects double-bit errors. ISO26262 ASIL B compliant and AEC-Q100 qualified, it features Endurance flex architecture, advanced sector protection, and minimum 2,560,000 program-erase cycles.
