The S25FL256LAGMFI000 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI NOR flash memory built on 65-nm floating gate technology, supporting single, dual, and quad I/O up to 133 MHz and DDR Quad I/O at 66 MHz. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V across –40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1), it features a 256-byte program buffer, uniform 4 KB sector erase, advanced region/block protection, and 100,000 program/erase cycles.
