The S25FL064LABNFA011 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) SPI NOR flash memory with multi-I/O support, enabling single, dual, and quad I/O, QPI, and DDR read commands for up to 54 MBps data rates. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it supports industrial and automotive temperature ranges up to 125°C and is AEC-Q100 qualified.
