The S25FL064LABMFM010 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) SPI NOR flash memory with multi-I/O operation and 3.0 V supply. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI, up to 54 MBps in Quad or DDR Quad modes. Uniform 4 KB, 32 KB, and 64 KB erase, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year retention are provided. Security features include four 256-byte Security Regions and password protection. Operating from -40°C to 125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1), it is ideal for automotive and industrial uses.
