The S25FS512SDSNFV013 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI NOR flash memory based on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Eclipse architecture, supporting SPI Multi-I/O (x1, x2, x4) and DDR Quad I/O for high-speed data access. It operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V and supports -40°C to +105°C (Industrial Plus), with AEC-Q100 automotive qualification.
