Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR modes up to 80 MB/s. Features include a 512-byte page programming buffer, hybrid and uniform sector erase, robust data protection, and minimum 100,000 program-erase cycles.
