The S25FS512SDSNFB011 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) non-volatile flash memory using MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V and supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR modes for up to 80 MB/s read rates. Features include a 512-byte page programming buffer, robust ECC, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention. AEC-Q100 qualification enables automotive and industrial use.
