The S25FS512SDSMFV013 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR Flash built on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O, including single, dual, and quad data paths, and operates at 1.7 V to 2.0 V. DDR Quad I/O read rates reach 80 MB/s, with a 512-byte page buffer. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C), it offers advanced sector protection, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention.
