The S25FS512SDSMFI013 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) serial NOR flash memory based on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Eclipse architecture, supporting SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad data lines, plus DDR read up to 80 MB/s. Operating at 1.7 V to 2.0 V and -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1), it features a 256- or 512-byte page buffer, hybrid and uniform sector options, and 100,000 program-erase cycles.
