The S25FS512SDSMFB013 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture, operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V with AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) automotive qualification. It supports SPI Multi-I/O, DDR Quad I/O up to 80 MB/s, 256/512-byte page programming, and hybrid or uniform sector erase.
