The S25FL128SAGMFIR13 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture, delivering read speeds up to 133 MHz (52 MBps in Quad mode) and DDR support. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, with AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification for -40°C to +125°C.
