Operating at 2.7–3.6 V core and 1.65–3.6 V I/O, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) for automotive reliability. Advanced sector protection, 100,000 cycles, and 20-year retention enable robust code shadowing.
