The S25FL128SAGMFI001 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI NOR flash memory based on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Eclipse architecture, supporting multi-I/O (x1, x2, x4) and DDR modes up to 133 MHz. It operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, with automotive AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) qualification.
