It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified (-40°C to +125°C), and features a 256-byte program buffer, hybrid 4-KB/64-KB sector architecture, 1024-byte OTP, and advanced sector protection.
