The S25FL128SAGBHV203 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for enhanced program and erase performance. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with Single, Dual, and Quad I/O, plus DDR commands, achieving up to 52 MBps Quad Read and 80 MBps Quad DDR Read at 3.0 V.
