S27KS0643GABHA023 is a 64 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with an Octal xSPI interface and 1.8 V/3.0 V I/O supply support (VCC/VCCQ 1.7–2.0 V or 2.7–3.6 V). It supports DDR transfers up to 200 MHz clock for up to 400 MBps throughput, 35 ns max access time, and Hybrid Sleep or deep power-down to 12 µA at 2.0 V. It is supplied in a 24-ball FBGA. Automotive AEC-Q100 Grade 3 (-40 to 85°C).
