S27KL0643DPBHA020 is a 64 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with an Octal xSPI interface (8-bit DQ, RWDS strobe, CS#, RESET#). It supports DDR transfers up to 200 MHz clock for up to 400 MBps throughput, with 35 ns max access time and configurable linear or wrapped bursts. The automotive AEC-Q100 Grade 3 option operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V across -40°C to +85°C and includes Hybrid Sleep and Deep Power Down.
