The S25FL512SAGMFIR11 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory based on Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture. Supporting single, dual, and quad SPI interfaces plus DDR modes, it achieves up to 80 MBps read speeds. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers extended temperature ranges to 125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1). ECC and sector protection make it ideal for automotive and embedded code storage applications.
