It delivers up to 333 MBps sustained read throughput with DDR at 166 MHz and features uniform 256 KB sectors, ECC with 1-bit correction and 2-bit detection, and a 512-byte program buffer. Operating from -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1), it offers 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
