Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified (-40°C to +125°C). Endurance Flex architecture enables high endurance and long retention, with minimum 2,560,000 program-erase cycles and 25 years retention. Ideal for automotive reliability.
