The S25HS01GTDPMHA013 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory based on Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, supporting Quad SPI with SDR up to 83 MBps and DDR up to 102 MBps. It operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, offers ISO 26262 ASIL B compliance, and provides a minimum of 2,560,000 program-erase cycles for the main array.
