The S25HS01GTDPBHV033 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon’s 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology for high density and reliability. It supports flexible sector architectures and Quad, Dual, and standard SPI protocols up to 102 MBps. ISO26262 ASIL B compliance, ECC, SafeBoot, and Endurance Flex architecture deliver high endurance and long retention. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 standards. Endurance is 2,560,000 cycles and retention is 25 years.
