Supporting single, dual, and quad SPI I/O plus DDR read modes, it achieves up to 80 MBps read speed. With 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified for -40°C to 125°C. Ideal for code shadowing, XIP, and secure storage in automotive and embedded systems.
