The S25FL512SAGMFB013 is a 512 Mb automotive-grade SPI flash memory with Infineon MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad modes including DDR commands, operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O voltage.
