The S25FL512SAGMFAR13 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI including DDR, with read speeds up to 80 MBps and page programming at 1.5 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it covers –40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1).
