The S25FL512SAGMFAR10 is a 512 Mb SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with Single, Dual, and Quad data transfer, plus DDR read commands up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year retention, AEC-Q100 qualification, and a temperature range up to 125°C.
