The S25FL512SAGMFAG10 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI Multi-I/O including DDR, with read speeds up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V (core) and 1.65 V to 3.6 V (I/O), it is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive use to 125°C. Security features include a 1024-byte OTP region and advanced sector protection.
