The S25FL512SAGBHVC10 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase performance. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI I/O, with clock rates up to 133 MHz (SDR) and 80 MHz (DDR), and read speeds up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified for automotive and industrial code storage, XIP, and data logging.
