The S25FL512SAGBHMA10 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase. It supports Single, Dual, and Quad SPI I/O, including DDR commands, with read speeds up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it is AEC-Q100 qualified for -40°C to +125°C, offering 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year retention.
