The S25FS512SAGMFV013 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) serial NOR flash memory with 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it supports SPI Multi-I/O including Single, Dual, Quad, and DDR modes up to 133 MHz. Features include a 512-byte page programming buffer, robust data protection, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification enables operation from -40°C to 125°C for automotive reliability.
