The S26KL256SDABHI030 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) HYPERFLASH™ NOR flash memory with a high-speed HYPERBUS™ DDR interface and 3.0 V-only operation. It supports up to 100 MHz clock, 96 ns initial random read access, and 200 MBps sustained throughput. Designed for automotive and industrial use, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (-40°C to +105°C) and ISO/TS16949 certification.
