The S26KL128SDABHB020 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) HYPERFLASH™ NOR flash memory with a HYPERBUS™ DDR interface, supporting 3.0 V operation and 8-bit data bus. It delivers up to 333 MBps sustained read throughput at 1.8 V, 200 MBps at 3.0 V, and 96 ns initial random read access. Features include a 512-byte program buffer, ECC for single-bit error correction and double-bit detection, hardware CRC, advanced sector protection, and low-power standby and deep power-down modes.
