It achieves up to 333 MBps sustained read throughput, supporting 166 MHz at 1.8 V and 100 MHz at 3.0 V. Features include uniform 256 KB sectors, ECC with 1-bit correction and 2-bit detection, CRC for data integrity, and standby current under 25 µA. Operating from -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1), it delivers 100,000 program/erase cycles.
