The S25FL256SAGNFI001 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for high-speed read (up to 133 MHz SDR, 80 MHz DDR) and fast program/erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI, 24/32-bit addressing, and operates at 2.7–3.6 V core and 1.65–3.6 V I/O.
