The S25FL256SAGNFB003 is a 256 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes, including DDR, with maximum read speeds up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers flexible sector architectures and 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum. AEC-Q100 automotive grade and advanced sector protection enable robust embedded storage and execute-in-place.
