The S25FL256SAGMFVR01 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory based on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Eclipse architecture, supporting up to 133 MHz SDR and 80 MHz DDR read rates. It offers single, dual, and quad SPI modes, 512-byte page programming, and flexible erase options of 4 KB, 64 KB, or 256 KB. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive use up to 125°C.
