The S25FL256SAGMFVG03 is a 256 Mb SPI NOR flash memory based on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O (single, dual, quad) and DDR read commands up to 133 MHz, enabling up to 80 MBps read rates. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V (core) and 1.65 V to 3.6 V (I/O), it features hybrid 4-KB and 64-KB sectors, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1.
