The S25FL256LAGBHB023 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) FL-L NOR flash memory using 65-nm floating gate technology and an SPI multi-I/O interface supporting single, dual, quad, and DDR read modes. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (–40°C to +125°C), it delivers up to 66 MBps read speed, a 256-byte program buffer, uniform 4 KB sector erase, and advanced security with individual and region protection.
