The S25FL064LABBHV023 is a 64 Mb automotive-grade SPI flash memory supporting single, dual, quad SPI, QPI, and DDR read modes. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it achieves up to 108 MHz SDR and 54 MHz DDR with maximum read speeds of 54 MBps. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 for temperatures up to 125°C, it features four 256-byte security regions, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention. Flexible erase options and block protection enable secure code storage.
