The S25FL064LABBHB020 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) FL-L NOR flash memory with a 3.0 V single supply and SPI multi-I/O interface supporting single, dual, quad, DDR, and QPI modes. It achieves up to 54 MBps read speed, 256-byte page programming, and flexible erase options (4 KB, 32 KB, 64 KB, or chip). With 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year data retention, and –40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1) operation, it is ideal for code shadowing, XIP, and secure embedded or automotive storage.
