The S25FS512SAGMFI010 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR Flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture, operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V and qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C). It supports up to 133 MHz multi-I/O SPI, 80 MB/s DDR Quad read, page programming up to 512 bytes, and advanced security with 1024-byte OTP and sector-level protection.
