The S25FL256SAGMFV000 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports 2.7 V to 3.6 V core, 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, and up to 133 MHz SDR or 80 MHz DDR read speeds with Quad I/O and DDR commands.
