The S25FL256SAGMFIG03 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, supporting single, dual, and quad I/O plus DDR read for high-speed access. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, with read speeds up to 133 MHz (SDR) and 80 MHz (DDR).
